Tacos with altitude food truck in Indianapolis started in 2016 when me and my husband wanted to try our childhood food in a more accessible way like in street food.  We got help from our mother’s grandmothers and aunts to give us recipes of their favorite dish and turned them into tacos burritos and snacks that can be enjoyed anytime.

MEET THE OWNERS

Tacos with altitude in Indianapolis is ran by husband and wife Eric and Anita.
Eric grew up in the beach town of Huatulco Oaxaca, in the southern coast of Mexico and Anita grew up in the boarder town of Chihuahua Mexico and met as teenagers when their families immigrated to Colorado.
